The day our baby boy was born was the best day of our lives and when he was put in my arms my heart
melted. Jakey was a bubbly baby boy an always full of smiles, he had a smile that would brighten up
each and every day. we only had our little man for 5 an a half wounderful months and every day of
them will be treasured forever. It was the worst day of our lifes the night our little man died, the
pain you feel is unbearable our hearts will ach for him forever. There was nothing anyone could of
done to save our little boy he died at home peacefully in his sleep. We love and miss our baby boy
